  • Joint-ventured a 150-unit apartment community in El Cajon, CA utilizing tax-exempt bonds with 4% affordable housing tax credits

  • Secured debt and equity financing for 400 apartments in three separate properties with tax-exempt bonds and affordable housing tax credits

  • Developed, constructed, managed through compliance, renovated, and sold a 72-unit affordable housing rental community in New Castle, Indiana utilizing affordable housing tax credits

  • Developed a residents’ down-payment savings program for use with affordable rental housing

  • Acquired, renovated, and sold a 248-unit garden apartment community on the north side of Indianapolis that had languished in bankruptcy for years

  • Developed, constructed, leased, and sold an additional 20-unit apartment building on the excess ground of the 248-unit north side apartment community

  • Acquired and renovated an 86-unit apartment community in Winchester, Indiana utilizing a combination of USDA Rural Housing financing, affordable housing tax credits and Affordable Housing Program funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis. It is the largest such financed property in Indiana.

  • Developed, constructed, operated, and ultimately sold a mixed-use project in Rushville, Indiana. The project included a 60-unit new-build affordable housing rental community, five commercial outlots, a retail shopping center and a self storage facility. The affordable housing was financed using affordable housing tax credits.

  • Acquired, renovated, leased, and sold a 10,500 square foot office building on the north side of Indianapolis.

  • Co-developed a 150 acre mixed-use property in Johnson County, Indiana containing single-family homes, multi-family apartments, an assisted living facility and multiple commercial parcels.

  • Developed a 15,600 square foot retail shopping center in Noblesville, Indiana.

  • Developed a 24,000 square foot professional medical office building in Fishers, Indiana including an endoscopic surgery center. The Building was 94% leased by construction completion.

  • Developed a 132-unit affordable housing rental community in Beaufort County (Bluffton), South Carolina utilizing a combination of federal and South Carolina state affordable housing tax credits as well as local grants and HOME Funds.

  • Co-developed a 280-unit affordable housing rental community in Northern Beaufort County (Port Royal), South Carolina. The 160-unit first phase is financed with a combination of 4% LIHTC, South Carolina State Housing Tax Credits, and tax exempt bonds. The second phase is financed with a 501(c)3 bond issue enhanced with a Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis letter of credit.

  • Acquired and developed for future construction acreage suitable for a 162 unit affordable housing development located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone in Beaufort County, SC. The proposed project includes 162 apartment flats and townhomes with studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes in close proximity to MCAS Beaufort.
