Theresa P. Bennett
Mrs. Bennett has been in the real estate investment and finance industry since 1986, when she graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
In 1988, Mrs. Bennett joined Boston Capital Partners, Inc., in Boston Massachusetts. As part of one of the leading national real estate syndication firms, she was responsible for overseeing nation-wide equity investments in real estate limited partnerships which constructed or renovated apartment communities using affordable housing and historic tax credits.
In 1991, Mrs. Bennett joined Safford Investment Counsel, located in Rockport, Massachusetts. Working directly with the owner on the securities portfolios of national charitable foundations, trusts, and individuals, Mrs. Bennett helped to double the assets managed by the company in less than two years.
Mrs. Bennett then joined Village Community Development Corporation and Village Housing Corporation (subsidiaries of United Fidelity Bank, fsb). She was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Federal Capital Corporation in 1994. Through these organizations, Mrs. Bennett directed the development and/or finance of over several thousand multifamily apartment homes.
In January 1997, Mrs. Bennett was named the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pedcor Community Development Corporation, Pedcor Housing Corporation, Pedcor Capital Corporation and Pedcor Homes Corporation. Mrs. Bennett oversaw all of the affordable housing activities of one of the nation’s premier affordable housing developers. Mrs. Bennett is a founder of and now works exclusively for Bennett & Reindl, LLC, TB & HE Management Company, Inc. and Bennett & Bennett, Inc.
David G. Bennett
In 1991, Mr. Bennett began a career in commercial investment real estate brokerage and development with Armstrong & Company, where he participated in the development of several strip shopping centers and gained valuable leasing and sales experience, with the majority of his transactions completed as an owner’s representative for office and retail landlords as well as a site developer for numerous regional and national chain stores.
In 1994, Mr. Bennett joined Village Community Development Corporation and Fidelity Federal Capital Corporation where, within a 2-year period, he oversaw the development or acquisition/rehabilitation of several hundred multi-family apartments and identified, structured and closed over $100,000,000 of commercial loans.
In January 1997, Mr. Bennett became Vice President of Pedcor Community Development Corporation, Pedcor Housing Corporation, Pedcor Capital Corporation and Pedcor Homes Corporation. While with the Pedcor Companies, Mr. Bennett directed the acquisition and rehabilitation of apartment communities in Southern California.
Mr. Bennett served in various roles in Hilton Head Island, SC as a resident there from 2009 through 2021. His accomplishments include: serving as: Chairman of the Planning Commission, Chairman of the Beaufort County Heritage Tourism Corporation Board of Directors, Commissioner of the Beaufort County Economic Development Corporation, co-founder of One Island, One Community, a community non-profit organization and Mayor of Hilton Head Island.
Duane D Reindl
In 1994, Mr. Reindl joined Village Community Development Corporation and Fidelity Federal Capital Corporation (both wholly owned subsidiaries of United Fidelity Bank, fsb) and quickly became a specialist in tax-exempt and taxable bond financing programs. Working with a small group of professionals, Mr. Reindl assisted in financing in excess of $100,000,000 worth of real estate transactions.
In January 1997, Mr. Reindl became Vice President of Pedcor Community Development Corporation, Pedcor Capital Corporation and Pedcor Housing Corporation. Through the Pedcor Companies, Mr. Reindl structured and closed limited partnerships and tax-exempt bond financing for the acquisition and rehabilitation of apartment complexes in Southern California. His responsibilities including providing construction management and asset management services these developments.
Mr. Reindl has worked exclusively for the Bennett & Reindl Companies since 2000.
On Hilton Head Island, Mr. Reindl has been active serving as Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 245, Deacon at Grace Community Church, and Sporting Clays Coach at Hilton Head Christian Academy
